Barre/Aerobics (5/1/23)

Sarah will take us through a Barre workout that will focus on joint health, from head to toe. During a barre workout, the body is positioned in various poses and movements that require joint loading.

Remember, a big part of joint health is not to avoid movement patterns that involve joints, but to load them and move them through their full range of motion. This can help keep your joints resilient and strong, as well as improve osteoarthritis symptoms!
